This form allows you to request a number of Proceedings on-line.
To use this form, choose your Proceedings and make a note of their number(s).

You can view the Proceedings Catalogue in order to make your selection by chronological, category or author order.

Once you have selected all the titles you require, enter the individual Number of each Proceeding in the box below. (Note that some Proceedings include several Titles.)

Please invoice me for the Proceedings I have selected below at the price of GBŁ 12.50 each, including post and packing in Europe. I understand that I can pay by Mastercard or Visa credit card or by Sterling cheque/bank draft on a UK bank, charges prepaid.
